Why The Lyons Method Was Created

While teaching after-school tuition, I saw first-hand how many children struggled with basic maths concepts. This lack of understanding often held them back, affecting their confidence and ability to progress alongside their peers.

Determined to make maths clearer and more accessible, I created a better learning aid—one that removes confusion, builds confidence, and supports genuine understanding rather than memorisation alone.
